Geographic Information System (GIS) for the Regional Hydrological Companies of Venezuela.
With edition, consultation, analysis, reports and thematic maps of the information of the technical registry, of clients, hydraulic modeling and SCADA, detection of leaks and operational activities. The GIS is formed as the unique reference system for information on HIDROVEN’s infrastructure and EHRs, which allows geographical information to be available in a friendly, timely, consistent and updated manner.

Public Health Reform Project and feasibility study for a complementary system of Concerted Private Health
The Project was carried out as a collaboration agreement between the Office of the Presidency, the Ministry of Health and a private company, a European health insurer.
We carried out extensive field work, physically visiting all the Reference Hospitals in the country and a significant sampling of all care levels (Health Centers, Dispensaries, etc.)
Various organizational and equipment solutions were developed, including an “evidence-based telemedicine” project supported by mobile devices.

Assistance and consultancy to Repsol in several Associated Natural Gas monetization projects in 3 sub-Saharan African countries
The projects were developed in three different countries (subject to confidentiality), the main objective being the “monetization” of Natural Gas associated with off-shore crude oil exploitation.
